Our Online Yoga For Gut Health program is currently being developed following strong outcomes in our live group program.

This approach combines:

  • gentle movement and stretching
  • breathing techniques
  • mindfulness and relaxation

Yoga supports regulation of the nervous system and improves communication along the brain–gut axis, which may help reduce digestive symptoms.

Research suggests yoga can be a useful complementary approach for managing IBS and functional gut disorders.
